Nowadays, it's easy for us to judge people by who and what they are. Sometimes, it comes naturally for us to criticize or say something about a person or about certain something. Though everyone is entitled to its own personal opinion, the question is do we really know the limits of our opinions?
This is what the reality or the real world will face us. No, it does not part of any curriculum in school and sometimes it will only happen to you the moment it hits you face to face.
Some people will not understand your words, actions or how you react on things. You will be judged by how you feel or think and worst they will criticize or persecute you just because they don't understand you. They will make you believe that you're the only one who thinks that way and they will make you fool because you're different. They can't stand by your side because of your wild imagination, that sometimes only you can comprehend. They won't understand your complexities and extremes. And they will just exclude you simply because you're not one of them.
My dear, you don't have to.
I want you to know that you don't need to explain yourself to everybody. You don't need to let everybody know how you come up to one decision or another. You don't need to tell the whole world why are you doing one thing or not. You don't have to explain what's your next step or what's your plans in life after failing. You don't even have to post and explain everything in social media to feel accepted or you don't even need to feel negelected if your posts was ignored by your friends or followers. Your worth doesn't define how many likes you've gained. Don't let social media become the measure of who you are.
My friend, you don't owe anyone an explanation.
If you feel different then be different because choosing to be different is choosing to be who and what you are.
I want you to know that you're free to do whatever your hearts telling you to do but know your limits. Don't be afraid to express yourself.
Another reminder is that you don't need to compromise your values just to say "I belong." You know your values, you know what is right and wrong and believe me you're strong enough to stand with your own belief.
My dear, do not wish to be anything but what you are, and try to be that perfectly.
Believe me doing that will teach you how to love yourself.
And if you learn to appreciate yourself, who and what your are, even your mistakes, that's a breakthrough.
